For the remainder of IPL 2026, the injured Shivam Mavi has been replaced by RS Ambrish, an 18-year-old seam-bowling all-rounder for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Due to a groin injury, Mavi, who was purchased by SRH at the most recent auction for his base price of INR 75 Lakh, has been ruled out. Ambrish, a left-handed batter and right-arm medium pacer, was a member of India's 2026 Under-19 World Cup squad. With 11 wickets, he was India's joint-highest wicket taker at the tournament. The cricketer from Tamil Nadu, who was born in 2007, joins a young bowling team. Praful Hinge (24 years old) and Sakib Hussain (21 years old) have earned the trust of SRH thanks to their seamless contributions this season. With 12 points, SRH is currently in third place and has won five straight games. On Sunday, May 3, they play a match against Kolkata Knight Riders in Hyderabad.
