Miane Smit's Century: Playing in just her fourth T20I, opener Miane Smit scored 102 off 58 balls, hitting 17 boundaries and a six before being dismissed on the final ball of the 19th over.

Opening Partnership: Smit paired with Anneke Bosch to put on a rapid 74-run opening stand off just 51 balls.

Even after Bosch departed in the ninth over, South Africa continued with their aggressive approach. While Smit remained on the offensive, she found handy company in Annerie Dercksen and Kayla Reyneke, who provided the breezy blitz.

Zimbabwe's Chase: Zimbabwe struggled to match the required run rate after losing early wickets in the powerplay, eventually finishing at 125/5 in their 20 overs.
