Injury Hits South Africa: Rickelton and Stubbs Replace De Zorzi and Ferreira

South Africa has added Ryan Rickelton and Tristan Stubbs to their T20 World Cup squad, replacing injured players Tony de Zorzi and Donovan Ferreira. CSA is in hot water, facing parliament in March to explain missing their diversity targets. They're required to have six players of colour, including two Black Africans, on average per season. Injuries to key players like Bavuma, Rabada, and Maharaj didn't help their case, and the recent T20 World Cup squad had just one Black African player, sparking outrage. Changes to T20 World Cup squads can be made for any reason until January 31st and after that with approval from the ICC's Event Technical Committee.
