Liam Scott's unbeaten 91 went in vain as Hobart Hurricanes defeated Adelaide Strikers by 37 runs in the Big Bash League 2025-26. Scott's magnificent knock, featuring six boundaries and five sixes, wasn't enough to propel the Strikers to victory. The Hurricanes' strong bowling, led by Nathan Ellis's 2-7, restricted the Strikers to 141-9. Hobart Hurricanes posted a competitive total of 178-6, thanks to Mitchell Owen's explosive 33 off nine deliveries and Scott's 91*.
