The game was set up by pace spearhead Arshdeep Singh, who returned figures of 5 for 34 - his third five-for in List-A cricket. This isn't the first time Gill has faced health issues; he's battled injuries over the past few months, including a neck injury and a toe injury during the T20I series against South Africa. Despite Gill's absence, Punjab secured a 10-wicket win over Sikkim, thanks to Arshdeep Singh's five-wicket haul.
